Prefeito de Feliz Natal tem mandato cassado

A Câmara Municipal de Feliz Natal decidiu durante votação realizada na noite da última quarta-feira (05), a cassação do mandato do prefeito Rafael Pavei (PSDB). Rafael é acusado de abuso de poder ao ter forçado um servidor responsável pelo Ciretran do município a liberar alguns veículos que haviam sido apreendidos. O site Nortão Notícias entrou em contato com o presidente da Câmara que informou que o servidor ainda teria sido ameaçado de demissão " Seis vereadores votaram a favor da cassação e três contras, porém o prefeito terá o direito de recorrer a decisão na justiça". Declarou Cleverson Anacleto. Rafael teve o tempo de 2 horas para se defender diante da tribuna, porém utilizou 40 minutos, durante todo o tempo ele negou qualquer ato ilícito em seus atos. O vice-prefeito Mauro Riboldi irá assumir o cargo até o final do mandato no ano de 2020.
